HERITAGE REHABILITATION

The creation of The Hudson involved the complete rehabilitation and restoration of one of Victoria’s most iconic landmarks, the historic Hudson Bay department store, in its central downtown core. The building’s spectacular Georgian façade was restored and the interior transformed into a modernized collection of 152 inspired single-level flats, double-height lofts, unique courtyard homes, magnificent 2-level penthouses and a vibrant indoor public market, providing the entire city block with a much-needed revitalization and resurgence of new life and energy.

AMAZING AMENITY SPACE

The Gardens is a collection of homes unfolding in five phases. Each mix natural and lifestyle amenities, including 12 acres of trees, fields and flowers right next door. Townline took an environmentally sensitive approach to storm water management and plans to capture rainwater from the community and direct it to a pond in the park for public enjoyment and park irrigation.

GARAGE WINDOW WALLS

A 1920’s warehouse building transformed. Originally constructed in 1920 as a warehouse/office building, 1180 Homer Street was part of the first wave of development in the Vancouver Heritage Register. Found in one of Vancouver’s hottest neighbourhoods – Yaletown- the façade of the historic gem has since been restored, interfacing seamlessly with the features and finishes one would expect to find in a one-of-a-kind luxury loft. Included in these unique features were the signature Garage Door window walls.
